This is an image of one of my paediatric patients. When she falls sick, she hardly complains - she is indeed a brave little girl, always putting up a smile which shows how well she deals with her difficulties in life!
Apart from the English country home and butterflies, everything else is painted from scratch. Pavement is a texture from cgtextures.com
All my artworks are created using Wacom pen and tablet.
