Scarlett Johanssen
Trying to refocus on portrait paint, and hoping not to relapse into selective detailing syndrome as I did many times before. I think this one turns out OK. I've added a light green tint for that cinematographic effect. Thank you 4watching.
A general practitioner for more than 10 years with special interest dermatology (MBBS [Malaya], Dip P Derm [Cardiff]). Art is my lifestream. I do oil painting, pencil drawing, digital art and photomanipulation. I also use stock images from various sources combined with my own digital painting and air brushing to achieve a combined realism and painterly effect.
I work mainly in the genre of fantasy, landscape and scenery, and portrait. Having said that, I am constantly reminded by Paul Cezzanne, a French impressionist painter who said, 'A work of art that does not begin with emotion is not art.'
Finally, in order to appreciate my work, a FULL VIEW is necessary. Thank you for viewing.
